HIP-3 lets third parties deploy their own perpetual markets on Hyperliquid's engine: equity indices, single stocks, commodities and pre-IPO names, named dex:COIN such as xyz:SP500 or io:ANTH. They sit outside Hyperliquid's own listing and outside the aggregators. This board reads every builder dex from Hyperliquid's info endpoint every 10 minutes and archives it, which is what makes growth visible: dexs ranked by open interest with share and 24h/7d change, each market with open interest and its change, 24h volume and turnover, hourly funding and its APR, liquidations over 24h and 7d from the fills we scan, and the mark gap in basis points against the other venues listing the same underlying (Lighter, Ostium, gTrade).
